THE JOKE JAY, die neue Band um Namensgeber Joke Jay (AND ONE), Produzent und Synth Pop Mastermind Olaf Wollschläger (Mesh, In Strict Confidence, Melotron, Yello, Unheilig, Sash), sowie Allrounder Hilton Theissen (ZOODRAKE, AKANOID, DARK MILLENNIUM) präsentiert sich mit ihrem Debut Album "AWAKEN" in zeitlosem und trendunabhängigem Gewand einer klassischen Rock / Pop Band mit diversen Einflüßen aus Alternative Rock bishin zu Elektro Pop Spielarten der 70er bis 90er, und dem Anspruch, kompromißloser, musikalischer Ausschweifung.
Das Trio veröffentlicht sein ausgereiftes Debut, welches seit 2 Jahren in den sozialen Medien kontinuierlich angeteasert wird am 29.10.2021 als Doppel CD und Doppel Vinyl.

With an uncompromising approach they practice their musical debauchery.
Having teased their mature debut on social media for over 2 years the trio will release their double cd and double vinyl "AWAKEN" package on october 29th 2021.
